Services

The Finnish Way

A traditional sauna experience involves a set of 3 or so cycles through a circuit based on a 15:15:15 method - 15 minutes of heat, 15 seconds of cold (or up to 2 minutes) and 15 minutes of relaxation. Remember this is your session, so mix it up however it suits you.

​Prepare for Your Visit

Welcome to our sauna experience! To ensure an enjoyable visit, we ask that you please follow our guidelines for usage and etiquette:

  • A towel will be provided to sit on. Use of this is mandatory inside the sauna for hygiene.

  • No glass or food is allowed inside the sauna

  • Flip flops are recommended to move throughout the circuit

  • In addition to a towel for drying, we suggest you bring a robe or blanket to stay comfortable during your outdoor relaxation cycle

  • Please remember to remove shoes before entering the sauna and wear bathing suits at all times

  • Guests must be over 18 for Social Sessions, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for Private Sessions

  • To maintain a serene atmosphere, electronics are not permitted during Social Sessions

  • Lastly, alcohol is prohibited but don’t forget to bring a non-glass water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your experience!
