Please read this waiver carefully before using the facilities and services at Christina Lake Sauna Experience and Christina Lake Campground.
By using the facilities and services of Christina Lake Sauna Experience and Christina Pines Campground, you agree to the following:
I acknowledge that I will be using the Christina Lake Sauna Experience at my own risk. I understand that the sauna and cold plunge comes with inherent risks, and I accept all responsibility for any injury, damage, loss or death that may occur during my use of the sauna and cold plunge.
I acknowledge that I will not engage in any activities inside the premises that could result in injury or damage.
I confirm that I do not have any pre-existing health concerns or heart conditions that could be exacerbated by the use of the sauna and/or cold plunge. If I do have any pre-existing health concerns, I will enter the sauna and cold plunge at my own risk and with the knowledge that doing so could result in injury, loss or death.
Smoking and e-cigarettes of any kind are not permitted in our facility.
No glass containers or bottles are permitted at any time on our premises.
I understand that there is no drinking of alcohol in the facility, and I agree to comply with this rule. I will not bring alcohol or other substances into the sauna facility that could impair my judgement or coordination.
By signing this liability form, I release and discharge Houston Properties Inc., as well as their employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in connection with my use of the facility. I also agree to indemnify and hold Houston Properties Inc. harmless from claims, damages or losses that may arise as a result of my use of the sauna and/or cold plunge.
I acknowledge that use of any electronics or technology during my session is at my own risk. Houston Properties Inc is not liable for any of your possessions.
Guests under the age of 18 are only permitted in private bookings and must be accompanied by an adult.
I agree that this waiver is in effect for all Christina Lake Sauna Experience sessions and will not expire unless requested in writing by either party. This waiver will be binding upon the participants’ heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns.
I have read and understood this liability form in its entirety, and I voluntarily and freely assume all risks associated with my use of the Christina Lake Sauna Experience.
